William T. Krzton, Managing Partner

Areas of Practice:   Estate Administration and Wills, Real Estate, Family, Social Security, Criminal and General Litigation.


Professional Background:   Mr. Krzton has practiced law for over 40 years, with 35 of those years as a general practitioner representing clients throughout Western Pennsylvania. Before entering private practice, Mr. Krzton served as a Captain in the Office of Judge Advocate General, serving both in the United States and Republic of Korea as Senior Defense Counsel representing court martial defendants.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Krzton has served as a member of the Federal Public Defender Referral Panel, the Neighborhood Legal Services Referral Panel for Unemployment Compensation and YWCA Legal Resources for Women Domestic Referral Panel. Mr. Krzton has also served as an adjunct professor at Sul Ross State University in Texas, Park College and Webster College.  He is also a past member of the School Board of Directors for the Highlands School District.


Education/Admissions: Mr. Krzton received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Allegheny College in 1973 and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1975. Licensed in Pennsylvania, Mr. Krzton is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United State District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.
